Sound Familiar?

Most sites aren't broken. They're misaligned.

Yours looks fine. It loads. It exists. And still the leads are inconsistent, the traffic doesn't convert, and the referrals don't follow through. That isn't bad luck — it's structure, and structure is diagnosable.

You're guessing between fixes

SEO, a redesign, or ads? Three different agencies will tell you three different things, and each one sells what they happen to do.

You're blaming traffic

When the real problem is that the traffic you already have hits a page that gives it no reason to act.

You're calling it a slow season

Two quarters running. Most sites fail quietly, not because they're broken, but because nobody ever pressure-tested them.

Six common website conversion killers: vague value proposition, weak calls to action, missing trust signals, frustrating forms, slow loading, and missing service descriptions
Six of the most common conversion killers we find. Most sites carry three or four.

Speed is the symptom everyone reaches for first — and often the one that isn't the problem.

Recognise two or more of these? Five days from now you could know exactly which one is costing you money.

The Deliverable

A ranked list of what's wrong — and what to ignore

Not a 40-page automated scan you'll never read. A short document that isolates the small number of issues creating the biggest drag, sorted by what to do first.

The Maths

How $500 pays for itself

This is deliberately paid, because clarity is worth paying for and guessing costs more. Here's what guessing actually runs.

What you might do insteadWhat it costsSpend
Rebuild the whole site A fresh design that reproduces the same structural problems in nicer packaging. Common when nobody diagnosed the original. $4,500+
Six months of SEO first Traffic pointed at pages that don't convert. The rankings arrive, the enquiries don't. $4,194
Run ads to fix it Paid traffic into a leaking funnel, at $15–$60 a click depending on your market. $1,500/mo
Change nothing for a year The hardest cost to see, because it never shows up on an invoice — only in the enquiries you never received. Unknown
Diagnose first Five days, a ranked plan, and the fee credited in full against your build. If you build with us, the diagnostic is effectively free. $500 → $0

Every row above costs more than diagnosing first. Four of them start with a guess.

What acting on the right findings looks like

Search visibility for a Your Wish Digital client once the priority items were fixed. The gains came from structural work, not from spending more — which is the entire argument for diagnosing before you buy.

The credit is the point

Every project we take on starts with this diagnostic, and the $500 comes straight off your build. Whether that's a WordPress build from $4,500 or a direct booking site, you don't pay twice.

One client covers it

If your average client is worth more than $500 — and for most service businesses it's several times that — a single recovered enquiry pays for the whole thing. The plan is yours to keep either way.

What We Examine

Six places sites leak opportunity

Where visitors hesitate or leave

Entry points, scroll depth, and the moments where someone decides you're not for them.

Where clarity breaks down

Whether a stranger can tell what you do, who you do it for, and what to do next — in five seconds.

Where structure works against conversion

Navigation, page hierarchy, form length, and calls to action that compete with each other.

Where search can't reach you

Title tags, heading structure, internal linking, and schema — the parts that decide whether you're eligible to rank at all.

Where you carry legal or trust risk

Accessibility gaps against WCAG standards, missing trust signals, and outdated or absent policies.

Where effort is being wasted

The work you're already paying for that isn't moving anything — so you can stop.

How It Works

Three steps, five days, no meetings

  1. You submit your site

No prep, no discovery call, no long intake form. Pay, enter your URL, and you're done on your end.

  2. We run the diagnostic

Quietly and methodically, with an operator's eye rather than an automated scanner's.

  3. You get the breakdown

A ranked plan within five business days. No upsell pressure and no obligation to work with us.

Step one takes about two minutes. Everything after that is on us.

What Happens After

Three ways this ends. All of them beat guessing.

You fix it yourself

You finally understand what's wrong and hand the plan to whoever maintains your site. That's a legitimate outcome and we're fine with it.

You bring us in for specifics

We fix the ranked items without rebuilding anything. Often the cheapest path when the foundation is sound.

You move to a full build

The diagnostic becomes the brief, the $500 comes off the price, and nothing gets designed before we know what it needs to solve.

Questions

Before you book

What is a website growth diagnostic?

It's a paid website audit that reviews your site across user experience, SEO, and conversion, then returns a prioritised action plan. Unlike an automated scan, it identifies the small number of structural issues creating the biggest drag on leads, and explicitly tells you what isn't worth fixing.

How much does a website audit cost?

Ours is $500, delivered in five business days, and credited in full toward any build you go on to commission with us. Free automated audits exist but return generic scores rather than judgement about your specific business.

Why is it paid rather than free?

Free audits are sales tools — they're designed to surface whatever the agency happens to sell. Charging means the findings can be honest, including telling you your site is fine and the problem is elsewhere. Clarity is expensive; guessing costs more.

Do I really get the $500 back?

It's credited in full against your project if you go on to build with us. On a $4,500 single-property build you'd pay $4,000 after the credit. There's no obligation to proceed, and the plan is yours regardless.

How long does it take?

Five business days from payment. There's nothing for you to prepare and no call to schedule — we work from the live site.

Will you just try to sell me a redesign?

No. A fair number of diagnostics conclude that the site is structurally fine and the money belongs somewhere else — SEO, content, or nothing at all for now. Selling a rebuild that wouldn't have helped costs us more in reputation than it earns.

Does this work for Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace sites?

Yes. The diagnostic reviews structure, clarity, and conversion, which apply on any platform. If the platform itself is the constraint, we'll say so plainly rather than working around it.

What if my site is brand new?

Then a diagnostic is usually premature — there isn't enough behaviour to read yet. Talk to us about a build instead, and we'll tell you honestly if you'd be paying for a report you don't need.

Question not answered here? Book anyway — if the diagnostic turns out to be the wrong thing for your site, we'll tell you and refund you.
