For this project we partnered with Prizmatic USA, a custom sports uniform and team apparel company selling directly to teams, coaches, and organizations through their Shopify store. Their business depends on bulk orders, custom artwork and seasonal repeat buying are exactly the kind of demands a stock Shopify theme isn't built for — and where most stores quietly lose sales.

The Shopify store was live and receiving traffic, but it was not functioning as a reliable sales system. Visitors were landing on the site, browsing products, and leaving without taking action. The website looked functional on the surface, but it lacked clear purchasing direction and measurable conversion tracking.
After a full UX and technical audit, several issues became clear.
1. No Clear Starting Point
Visitors were not told what to do first. Coaches and league organizers — the primary buyers — did not know whether they should browse products, contact support, or request a quote.
2. Navigation Confusion
Collections were structured internally rather than around how real customers shop. Instead of guiding a team buyer (“I need uniforms for my team”), the site behaved like a retail clothing store.
3. Ordering Uncertainty
Custom apparel requires a guided process. Buyers needed answers to:
The site didn’t explain the process, creating hesitation and abandoned sessions.
4. Weak SEO Structure
Pages used generic titles and lacked search context. Search engines could not clearly determine the company’s specialization or target audience.
5. No Reliable Conversion Tracking
Advertising platforms were unable to properly attribute purchases. Marketing efforts could not be measured against revenue.
We approached the project as a sales infrastructure build, not just a visual redesign.
We restructured the homepage to immediately answer the customer’s first question:
“Can I design uniforms for my team here?”
Improvements included:
Visitors now understand what to do within seconds of landing.

We created a logical ordering sequence:
Sport → Product → Customize → Order
This mirrors how team organizers naturally make purchasing decisions.
We explained the process directly on the website:
This removed uncertainty and reduced friction.
We rewrote page titles, metadata, and collection structure so search engines could clearly identify the business as a custom team uniform provider serving organized teams and leagues.
The website can now rank for commercial search intent rather than only brand searches.
We configured:
The business can now measure return on advertising and identify which campaigns generate revenue.
Every project follows the same five stages. It's why the result solves a business problem rather than just looking different from what you had before.
User needs and business goals, before a single decision gets made.
A clear user experience and page structure, agreed in writing.
Creative design solutions drawn from scratch — no templates, no AI.
Build and refine the website and the experience around it.
Checked, corrected, and tuned for ongoing success after launch.
The same five stages run on every project — a one-page refresh or a seventy-page rebuild.
Start your projectYour Wish Digital restructured the website and implemented the following improvements to create a guided purchasing experience and measurable sales system:
After implementation, the website transitioned from a digital brochure into an operational ordering system.
The most important change was behavioral.
Before: visitors browsed
After: visitors start an order
What we're tracking now. With purchase tracking live, the store finally has a baseline: orders started versus completed, revenue by campaign, and which sport entry points convert. Those numbers didn't exist before this project, which is the point — you can't improve what was never measured.

Working with Tamara from Your Wish Digital was a completely different experience than we’ve had before. They didn’t just redesign our website — they actually understood how our customers order and rebuilt the site around that. The improvements were thoughtful and strategic, and we immediately saw how much clearer the process became for our teams. We’re looking forward to continuing to work together and expanding what we’re doing online
Every website deserves more than a launch — it deserves a strategy and a team that stays.
