These plans cover WordPress sites. Every plan includes plugin, theme and WordPress core updates, security and malware scanning, SSL management, database optimization, uptime and speed monitoring, backups, a monthly report, and support hours for small edits. Higher tiers add broken link fixes, analytics and Search Console work, conversion audits, and faster turnaround.
WordPress sites drift. Plugins fall behind and become the way attackers get in, databases fill with junk that slows pages down, and links break as pages move. None of it is visible from the front end until something has already gone wrong — a hacked site, a Google warning, or rankings that quietly slipped while nobody was watching.
The honest line: if nobody is going to read a traffic report, Core is the right plan and we'll tell you so.
Core backs up monthly, Essential weekly, and Elite daily — all stored off your server. Backups are checked, not just scheduled: an unverified backup isn't a backup.
Content edits, image swaps, adding a page section, updating hours or staff, small layout adjustments — the everyday changes. Anything larger, like a new page template or a redesign, we quote separately before starting so there are no surprises.
Yes. All plans are month to month and cancel with 30 days' notice. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
Each month on the Elite plan we pick one page or section and make it work harder — rewriting a headline that isn't converting, fixing a page that's ranking on page two, tightening a form that people abandon. We choose it from your analytics and Search Console data, do the work, and show you what changed. It's the difference between a site that stays the same and one that compounds.
Yes, but not on these plans. Shopify hosts and updates its own platform, so the work is different — apps, theme updates, and store performance rather than core and plugin maintenance. Those are covered by our Shopify care plans.
